Charles Bosco is a founding principal of Mock Bosco & Associates,P.C. Prior to establishing the firm, Mr. Bosco was associated with Deloitte & Touche in Pittsburgh for six years where he was a supervisor in the firm's Private Companies Advisory Services Department and a member of its Professional Standards Review Committee.

Mark Sinicrope is a senior manager with Mock Bosco & Associates, P.C. and has been associated with the firm for over 20 years.

Mr. Sinicrope has extensive knowledge providing audit, tax and business support services to a wide variety of clients in the manufacturing, construction, and not-for-profit industries. Mr. Sinicrope has devoted a substantial portion of his career to advising clients on structuring internal control and accounting systems, evaluating accounting software packages and designing internal product costing models.
